Our Story
Meet Timothy Koons, Founder
Timothy Koons founded Koons Crawl Space Solutions Inc. in 2014 after spending years in the construction and home services industry. He saw firsthand how moisture damage in crawl spaces was silently destroying homes across the Fayetteville area — and how few local companies truly specialized in solving it.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Timothy built this company from the ground up on a foundation of honest work, fair pricing, and results that last. Today, Koons Crawl Space Solutions is the region's most trusted name in crawl space encapsulation, mold remediation, and structural repair.
